Expand or Stay Solo – That is the Question

While it’s not up to me to decide what’s the best next step for you, I am getting far too many requests about “how to bring on staff,” and what I find is there’s A LOT of misinformation and motivation behind what it looks like to bring on staff. Since the only advice I see out there is “totally expand… it’s how you reach massive success in this industry and everybody should be working towards expansion,” I feel I now have a responsibility to be the one who at least gives you the most realistic view of what it’s really like to bring on staff.

If you think bringing on staff will make you more money and that you’ll work less, that’s a recipe for disaster and you have been lied to or given bad advice if that’s what you’re being told.
