Hilaree has changed and evolved her business over the last decade into the My Brand Lashes empire she now operates today. She, too, was a struggling lash artist at one point, grew her skillset and her business, expanded to add on staff and even a second location, but her calling was far greater than the day-to-day operations of lash studio ownership.

She started educating and speaking around the world, becoming an internationally renowned judge, and launched a successful product line and made it all look easy to boot.  BUT Hilaree will be the first to laugh at the mere suggestion that any of her journey was “easy.” Quite the opposite actually.
